This presses in this series have a monolithic body made of forged, treated steel, with incorporated cylinder on a bushing guide. They are assembled in a sturdy structural steel frame with incorporated hydraulic power unit and control and safety devices.
The bolster plate ascends, and the hydraulic control system is composed of a high pressure pump, two double-acting hydraulic cylinders (for approach and return), and a hydraulic cylinder for reaching the work thrust.
This optimizes the work cycle without wasting energy and ensures a fast opening and closing speed to limit idle time. The slow impact speed that starts at a preset height helps make dies last longer. Oil is continuously filtered, and there is a clogged filter warning light. The large oil tank ensures operation of the press without overheating. The work cycle is controlled through the digital display, with settings for the work cycle (start, slowdown, finish), even for nonstop cycles, as well as pressure settings for the selected cycle. The machine is provided with the appropriate safety systems (Level 4 photocell or mobile safety barriers) in conformity with international regulations and the laws in force.
Possible operation methods:
- ascending and descending “jog mode” for die positioning; automatic single stroke cycle; automatic continuous stroke cycle (combined with automatic feed system); automatic continuous stroke cycle with stroke options (1,2,3,4 hits)
- pressure, through the manostat (for pressing)
- height, through the electronic card (for blanking)
