Pennsylvania Ratio Parts Counting Scale...
Place the bulk parts in the large pan... then take pieces out and put them into the 72 to 1 small pan. When you get close to the scale balancing, you place another piece in the 12 to 1 pan. Then to get the total, for example; 10 pieces in the 72 to 1 pan = 10 x 72= 720 ...plus 2 pieces in the 12 to 1 pan = 2 x 12 = 24 ...So 720 + 24 = 744 total.
