Description
DRM Rolling Mill – DRM C100 R E rolling mill from Durston Tools. The ‘C’ in C100 stands for ‘combined’ enabling you to mill both metal sheets and metal wires. The mill benefits from nine wire grooves enabling wire rolling from 7mm to 1mm. The mill also benefits from four side extension half rolls of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5mm. Durston’s DRM range of rolling mills is our best-selling series of mills. It has proven over the years to be a real workhorse in many jewellers’ workshops and factories. The ‘C’ in C100 stands for ‘combined’ enabling you to mill both metal sheets and metal wires. Manufactured from a single piece of cast iron, we have built the mill for maximum strength and rigidity and a lifetime of rolling. Its maintenance-free bearings combine with a 4-1 gearbox, making each roll easier and consistent. With a milling width of 100mm, we have created the rollers from hardened steel with a diameter of 50mm. Maximum sheet thickness is 5.5mm. The mill benefits from nine wire grooves enabling wire rolling from 7mm to 1mm. The mill also benefits from four side extension half rolls of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5mm.
