Linear chain wire-drawing machine with useful drawing-work length variable on request (priced at 5 meters), studied for heavy-duty wire-drawing operations. Max drawing 5000 kg. with opening of the self-centering pincers max 25 mm. The drawing speed is controlled from the work station and adjustable from 1 to 10 meters per minute with constant couple and from 10 to 20 meters per minute with constant power. The carriage has shock absorbers and a special gripping system. Automatic carriage return with safety device. The traction group is composed with a gear reducer in oil bath and a vectorial asynchronous three-phase motor. Minimum maintenance with simple level controls every 2000 hours of working. There is the possibility to release the carriage at intermediate stroke with safety device. Die-plates lubrication and adjustable working plan.
