TVN Mod. AVR/O-B Winding machine for tube and spiral in continuous



This machine is suitable for making tube starting from strips of plate.

The profiles variety of the anchorite pin and thread pin allow a lot of variety of tube' s profiles obtainable from the manufacturing. Below there are some profiles.

For a good tube result is essential that the strips have a high precision on the width. The base machine is supplied with special chuck; the maximum travel of extraction is 5 mm for turn, for building spirals in continuous. It has a carriage with loose movement on ball - bearings where are assembled the different equipments. The chuck rotation adjustable with handle from 40/500 r. p. m.. Foot-control start.
