Patented diamond cutting machine Mod. "TVC/02" suitable to carry out diamond turning, satin-finishing and various decorations on ring-like necklaces with varying profiles (Omega/Cubetto).
This equipment, at 6 controlled axes, thanks to the CAD/CAM system allows three-dimensional working on radiant profiles. The ring-like necklaces are held by the vacuum system on a rotary spindle at speed varying from 10 to 3000 r.p.m. The heads unit is aligned and mounted on a precision orthogonal table and is made up with: one horizontal interchangeable with a star head (optional), one vertical head with vibrating spindle, one fixed head for turning.
All axes are driven by brushless motors and controlled by NC.
