Equipped with two vertical heads at synchronised cyclic movements and varying speed from 10 to 1200 beats per minute, prearranged for discs 150mm diameter. The machine is suitable for carrying out various diamond cutting such as lapping, chamfers, satin-finishing, beats, stars, generally geometrical drawings and ornaments. The spindles are driven by motors with frequency inverter to change the revolutions from 0-22,000 rpm. The machine is fitted out with two face cutters, two Idro-diamond tools pincers-holder for satin-finishing, two heads for stars or crosses, two horizontal heads for bevelling and beats, two vibrating spindles from 0-5000 beats per minute, bench, service spanners and spare belts, CE 98/37 certification.
