The furnace is composed of:
- Refractory steel basket for the manual loading
- Heating chamber made of special refractory steel alloy, designed for controlled atmosphere
- Separating door between heating and cooling zones with pneumatic control for different coolings.
- Cooling chamber made of refractory steel and stainless steel
- Stainless steel cooling tank
- Pneumatic stainless steel basket for unloading
- Automatic regulation of temperature
- Weekly and daily timer for automatic switching on/off
- Setting of the working parameters by PLC and touch screen video
- Buzzer alarm at the end of the cycle.
- The furnace can be required with ammonia dissociator or, alternatively, with hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixer.
