The EZ Welder series from Laservall North America LLC in Rhode Island in the United States provides intelligent solution of manual laser spot welding for bench and industrial jewellery applications.
The EZ Welder 60 is an ergonomically-designed device with enhanced motorised focusing device, microscope and a special system for inclining adjustment of the binocular assembly. Compact in size with modular base cabinet, the EZ Welder 60 features user-friendly graphic interface. With high peak power, pulse shaping, and the ability to work a broad range of spot dimensions, the device is suitable for such applications as porosity filling, assembly and repairs, Laservall North America noted. Both table-top model and floor model with a small overall foot print are available.
