FL Family — Automated Chain Welding Lasers

Laser Nd:YAG for precise automatic soldering, usable on all chain making machines and for all types of chains (cable, curb, Venetian etc.) for goldsmiths, covering different dimensions, materials and types of wire sections and different machine operational speed.  Some link closing systems and relative soldering systems are specifically developed and patented.

Also suitable for chain finishing processes after chain production such as matching chains (including ball chains) in bismark, or personalized automated solutions.  Lasers supplied in stand-alone versions are in the IV safety level and lasers designed specifically for integration with machines as one unique system are in the class I safety level.

TRAINING

Before shipping the machines, we suggest you send one of your technicians to our premises to be trained free of
charge. The training course will be carried out directly on the customer's machine in Italian or English.
Instructions manuals will be supplied in Italian or in English.
Travel expenses, board and lodging will be paid directly by the customer.

 

INSTALLATION

Installation of the machine at your premises is available on request and will be quoted separately.

 

GUARANTEE

Our general sales conditions are based upon the U.C.I.M.U. convention.

 

DURATION: 12 MONTHS from shipment date

 

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

- defects caused by normal everyday use
- machine's equiment
- damage caused directly and indirectly to the machine

THE CUSTOMER HAS the right to subsitute any parts that are determined defective ex-works.
THE GUARANTEE ceases in case of incorrect installation and misuse of the machine.
