Fasti Ball, Ball Chain and Jewelry Product (Earring, Bangle, etc) making Machine
This machine shapes and hammers profiles of circular section tubes, chains, etc. The machines shapes ball holes created by shaped tubes, spaced coned tubes. It hammers in a decreasing order circular chains, pattern shaped elements etc.
The machine does not require mechanical adjustments due to its particular functioning system that can be defined as variable geometry. With the same dies and the same adjustments (adjustments that can be memorized and recalled as and when necessary), it is possible to hammer all cylinder, square, triangle, hexagonal etc. tubes from diameter 3mm to 14mm. One set of tools included.
Balls created from tubing (drawn or seam welded) from 1.00mm to 10.00mm in diameter with tools required for each size.
The machine can also produce other shapes such as:
- Round Balls
- Oval Balls
- "Drop" Shape
- Pearl Shape
- Cylindrical Shape
- Other Fantasy Shapes such as "Bone" Shape
Tooling is required for each shape and each size.
Can create continous lengths of beaded product for earrings, necklaces, etc as pictured below. A supplier of tubing will be needed.
