REFINING TUMBLER SYSTEM - IAO/BR100 - 24 KG/Day 999,5 Purity

Aqua regia gold “ Refining Tumbler ” is a new technology compared to the static refining plants.

It is mainly a total different way to work.The static refining unit is an handicraft way to refine, the “Tumbler Machine” is an industrial way to refine.

This refining system consists of one big cylinder made of polypropylene with a total volume of about 200 litres and a useful capacity of about 100 litres (acids plus gold grains), this cylinder is inclined of 25° and it continuously rotates by means of a special motor, with the possibility to adjust also the speed rotation. 

This continuos rotation allows a very good rubbing of the gold  grains and consequently a quick and proper dissolution of them.

Externally of the “ Tumbler “ there is a Pyrex glass condenser with a cool water circulation that allows a good acids recovery and a good fumes neutralization. 
Another big advantage is that it can work also in the night without any workers’ supervision.
 

The maximum daily quantity which you can refine every day is of 24 kgs  (12 kg per cycle) of gold grains getting a final gold purity of 999,5/1000 (minimum).

It is a polyvalent unit as it allows to refine the gold grains as well as the casting scraps and some types of precious ashes.

• Polypropylene hood containing with suction fan to be connected to a fume scrubber. 
  Designed to the recover any acid losses.

• No. 2 Graduated tanks for HCl and HNO3. Acid transfer from the reactors by vacuum.

• No. 2 Filter units on wheels with a compressed air diaphragm pump to transfer the solutions. One 450 mm heigh, the second 750 mm.
