New GOLDPRO® Bertoncello Zeus Series Vertical Continuous Casting Induction Furnaces

All the G.B. F.LLI BERTONCELLO models of melting furnaces, mod. BETA static, mod. IDEAL with tilting crucible, mod. MINI - mod. DELTA - mod. LARRY - mod. ZEUS with vertical continuous casting, mod. LOGIC with horizontal continuous casting, have been designed by our engineers to achieve the best metallurgical quality on precious metal alloys melting process, with optional 1500°C melting temperature as required by some special alloys.

• Induction generator and inductor for programmable and independent heating of the die
• Laser detector to control presence of metal inside the die
• Oxygen-free melting chamber with in and out gas saturation.
• Double primary cooling circuit of the die, protection of the profile by gas saturation (argon or nitrogen) inside the die
• Additional cooling by direct water sprinkle on the profile exiting the die, water gathering tank made of stainless steel, complete with draining system
• Special sealing gasket shaped according to the profile section in use in order to avoid the leakage of water
• Connection set up to a suction system to eliminate eventual steam (at customer’s charge)
• Moving cutting system by hacksaw following the profile exiting the die
• Pneumatic vises to clamp the cutting unit to the profile in order to cut in motion
• Safety detectors to control the maximum length of the profile
• Last generation PLC and color touch screen. It is possible to save up to 100 recipes of melting and print at any time the working report
• Video camera with color display for remote supervision by the operator of the profile exiting the die
• Printer for data and set recipes
