Special FOURTEEN passages wire-drawing machine. Pre-setting by programmer of total metres. Machine for drawing wires max diameter input 2 mm and capillary wires (0,15 mm). For capillary wires can be utillized a suitable coil winder. A perfectly electronic control system with digital visualizator allows to obtenir the finest winding operation according to the type of thread. Constant thread tension adjustable and regulator of the spacing pitch. An ring sensor feeler tests the occasional breaking of the wire during the working operation. Tungsten carbide driving coiler. The machine has electronic variation of drawing speed from 0 to 550 meters per minute, with semi-vectorial operated. Foot-control selectable for die-plates inserting, rotating protection on the coilers and standards control (continuous with low protection and foot-control with high protection).

Forced lubrication on the wire-drawing plates and on the coiler with decantation and recirculation system by a separated big tank in inox steel and potent pump.
Inter-locked unwinder in input skein and coil with feeler for end wire .
Winders max 180 mm diam. and 120 mm width can be utilized (possible different size according request).
Sensor for end coil.
Construction standards in accordance to “CE” with respective documentation.
