This machine can produce continuous spirals using a normal wire passing through a threaded nut with a rotating pin, cutting them in the chosen part by a selection of centesimal numbers, which enable us to obtain sections of a completed ring, coupled rings or more than one spiral all together, thanks to the possibility of this machine of subdividing optically the single ring in a hundred parts. - moreover it is possible to produce oval rings by a decimal reading device, which is equipped of an optical reaaaaaaaaader to position the tools for a perfect cut. - this machine can provide two cutting systems: the first is the traditional one with knives, where the two blades are placed within the room between the spirals; the second one is a new device where the shifting knife works inside the spiral cutting the rings with a narrow pitch and with a bigger gauge of wire than the traditional cutting system. - the machine is equipped of a manual wire leading feeder.
