Description
The scrubber is used to neutralise the acid fumes. They enter the scrubber from the bottom, filter through the raschig rings and exit. The neutralising solution of soda and water is sprayed onto the fumes from the top and middle parts of the scrubber neutralising them.

- The single 960x7500 mm scrubber has a 250 lt/min pump with a head of 10 m and a double polarity suction fan ; at 2800 rpm it delivers 3000 m3/hr and a head of 320 mm of H2O; at 1400 rpm it delivers 1500 m3/hr and a head of 85 mm of H2O
- PLC synoptic display control panel to control all functions
A pH meter checks the alcaline solution in the tank and, if necessary, opens a solenoid valve to add more liquid soda.
